Building Exterior
IMAGE 3-1: The exterior lighting features antique brass column lighting highlighting the entry and in-ground wall wash fixtures illuminating the detailed stonework and polished aluminum siding, giving this building an eye-catching appeal even at night.

Entry
IMAGE 3-2: Upon entry, the client is greeted with a balanced mix of marble, custom wood, and a perforated steel ceiling. Custom lighting was installed to accent each feature using indirect illumination to add depth to the foyer.

Conference Room
IMAGE 3-3: The conference room was built to say, "You have arived". Indirect lighting down the center, with down lighting at the chair locations, and wall washing lights at focal points around the perimeter, creates an atmosphere of quality. Lighting controls are seperated into north and south to allow the room to be divided in two with the closure of the center partition.

Elevator and Lobby
IMAGE 3-4: The glass elevator, viewed from the main level, is surrounded by custom built indirect lighting installed in the skylight. Even the glass floor in the third level is lit from the underside to give a rich professional look to this modern building.

General Building Notes
IMAGE 3-5: Fully wired for computer stations throughout, with CAT 5 and dedicated circuits and neutrals. The lighting is installed in a manner to reduce energy consumption. This was done with a mixture of ambient light sensor, motions sensors, time clocks, and multi level light switching.
